Our individual pack shipping boxes are designed to fit through a standard UK letterbox, meaning quick and easy hassle free delivery!

We've worked hard to minimise our product packaging, which also serves as our postage box; reducing shipping costs, packaging materials and wastage!

Orders are shipped from our UK warehouse same day wherever possible and Royal Mail deliver in 2 to 3 working days including Saturdays.

However, due to delivery issues that we cannot control please allow up to 7 days before contacting us about your order, as every so often courier parcels can be delayed with the postal service due to very high volumes.

Please note, orders placed after 4pm on Fridays will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

Unfortunately, to enable us to offer free delivery tracking numbers are not available for deliveries.

However, if you have any questions or queries regarding your order feel free to contact us through the 'Get in touch' option on this page or contact us at info@spairs.co.uk.

If you wish to change the delivery address on your order, we may be able to do this if you contact us within an hour of your order being placed. In this case, please follow the instructions below.

Simply return any unwanted items to us by following the simple instructions on our returns page. You can place a new order for the correct items whenever you wish. 

If you wish to cancel your order, we may be able to do this if you contact us within an hour of your order being placed. In this case, please follow the instructions below.

If you don't manage to contact us in time and we cannot cancel your order, don't worry. Simply return any unwanted items to us by following the simple instructions here. You can place a new order for the correct items whenever you wish

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need your invoice number or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can use the 'Get in touch' option or contact us at info@spairs.co.uk.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sorry - we can't take back or refund underwear that has been worn, unpackaged or opened unless the item is faulty.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
