I think the whole packet should have been refunded. Stitching is really poor
Service was good.
Took over a week to receive socks from their despatch date. This was possibily due to Royal Mail.
Postage was very fast, and the automatic stock notification worked well. I did expect more once I raised a potential quality concern with the product.
